The International Women’s Public Foundation “SHARQ AYOLI” / Woman of East a multidisciplinary women’s organization carrying out innovative and charitable activities under the motto:
“Peace, Harmony and Prosperity to Every Family!” and guided by the concept “Innovation for the Development of Civil Society.”

The Foundation was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 26, 1999 — the year declared by the Decree of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the “Year of Women.”
The Foundation became part of the international women’s community, making history as the first women’s organization with the legal status of an International Women’s Foundation among the countries of Central Asia and the CIS.

In accordance with its Charter, the Foundation’s structure includes four departments:
Department of Social Affairs
Department of Innovation
Financial and Investment Department
Legal Department

Thanks to the collective expertise and intellectual capacity of its team, the Foundation serves as an experienced provider of innovative proposals from civil society representatives, innovative companies, and research institutes. These initiatives are incorporated into the Foundation’s programs for independent public and scientific review, monitoring, development of implementation mechanisms, and piloting. Based on the results, recommendations are submitted to профильные ministries and government agencies, and investors are engaged for further development.
For our Foundation, the introduction of innovation is an opportunity to enhance operational efficiency, expand the scope of services, and broaden the network of partners.

In cooperation with business accelerators, the Foundation implements intensive development programs for companies through mentorship, training, financial and expert support aimed at establishing new production facilities and creating jobs.
The Foundation’s activities are carried out on the basis of its internally developed innovative projects, which attract the attention of governmental, public, commercial, and international organizations.
